  • Q: Why do bates numbers not show on some of my PDF files?
  • A: Some PDF files have security settings that prevent modification. PDF files are much more complex that static image files such as TIF. You will need to change the security settings on your document.

  • Q: Why do I get a message saying my documents are not PDF compliant?
  • A: This is a fail-safe to make sure all documents are numbered properly. Please check the stamping results window in the program to make sure the total number of files processed is equal to the total number of files stamped. If the number is not equal, please check the security settings on the pdf file and modify where necessary.
